For Association questions regarding the sale or purchasing, it is requested that ONE person be represented to contact the Association for information regarding the property and must be done in writing through email or the contact form.
Sellers of property should be the ONLY person contacting the office for Board Minutes, Items in Minutes or Budget questions as HOAs/Condos/Communities have protected information. Most of this information can be found under the Owner’s only section.
Estoppel requests will be completed and returned via email in the order that they are received. We try to complete and return estoppel requests as soon as possible and will have them returned within 10 business days of the request. Rush requests for a 3 day turnaround are available for an additional fee.
