• • Maintain physical operations (grounds inspections, overseeing repairs, etc.)
• • Maintain financial status (budgets, billing, collections, etc.)
• • Prepare community operations reports
• • Consult with Board for formulation of policy decisions
• • Keep open line of communication with residents
• • Organize and manage Board meetings and documents
• • Enforce community policies
